Dr. Vijay Kumar is the Consultant Physician & Diabetologist at Diabetacare, Bangalore. He is also a Consulting Physician & Diabetologist at one of the Multi-specialty hospitals & a leading Maternity Hospital in Bangalore. He has worked in NHS in the United Kingdom, where he gained experience & understanding of clinical governance and clinical auditing.

Dr. Vijay completed MBBS from SSMC Tumkur in Karnataka. Post completion of MD in Internal Medicine, he worked as a Senior Registrar & Junior Physician in the Dept. of Internal Medicine at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. He is also a Life Member of Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India and the Indian Medical Association.
